Service description

Previewcard is a social card inspection tool. It accepts a URL submitted by the user, fetches the remote page, extracts Open Graph and Twitter Card meta tags, verifies referenced images, and presents a per-platform analysis of how the link will appear when shared. The tool answers when asked and does not perform automated or scheduled checks.

Acceptance

By using Previewcard, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.

Use of the service

You agree to use Previewcard only to inspect URLs you have the right to inspect. You may not use the tool to probe internal or private networks, to circumvent access controls, or to submit URLs in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage (automated scripts, bulk submissions, or any use that degrades the service for others).

No accounts, no stored data

Previewcard does not maintain user accounts. No data you submit is stored on the server. Each check is stateless and ephemeral. Results exist only in your browser session and are lost on page refresh or navigation.

Limitations

Previewcard cannot fetch pages hosted on Cloudflare's own network (a platform-level restriction). It cannot render JavaScript-injected meta tags. It does not send email, store history, or perform scheduled re-checks. The tool is provided as-is, and the operator makes no guarantee about availability, accuracy, or completeness of results.

Billing

Previewcard is free. The Free plan includes unlimited URL checks, four-platform previews, full tag detection, image verification, relative URL resolution, and per-platform fallback analysis — all at no cost. No billing information is required, no account registration needed.

A paid Pro tier cannot ship with the current product architecture because Previewcard has no accounts, no stored data, and no email sender — all features a differentiated paid tier would require. If and when the architecture changes to support accounts and persistence, a Pro tier may be introduced and existing users will be notified in advance. Until then, everything Previewcard does is free, without limitation or expiration.

Disclaimer of warranties

Previewcard is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The operator does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall the operator be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use Previewcard, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

No legal entity registered

This product is provided by an unregistered operator. No legal entity has been established for Previewcard at this time. The operator must supply a registered entity name, address, and jurisdiction before these terms bind anyone. Until such entity is registered, these terms are an honest statement of intent, not a legally binding contract.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

No governing law is specified because no legal entity or jurisdiction has been registered. This section will be updated when a jurisdiction is established.
